At Willowmade Studio, each item is made to order especially for you. Because our products are printed on demand, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color choice, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

Please review the product description, size chart, color selection, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at willowmadestudioshop@gmail.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos showing the problem

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right. When applicable, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Ordering the wrong size

• Selecting the wrong color

• Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

• Personal preference regarding fit or style

Please use the size information provided on the product page before ordering.

Do not mail an item back without contacting us first. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are submitted for production shortly after they are placed. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at willowmadestudioshop@gmail.com.

We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has entered production.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
